<p style="text-align: justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Parent-Teacher Meets arranged on second Saturday of every month must be compulsorily attended by the parents in the general interest of the child.</span> The Progress Card is issued to the Parents/Guardians only personally in such meets. The students must accompany their Parents/Guardians to the Parent-Teacher Meet. Any discrepancy of marks in the Report Card must be brought to the notice of the Principal within a week of the receipt of the Report Card (in writing) after which no request for corrections may be entertained.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Any Report Card not seen on the Parent-Teacher Meet due to some unavoidable reason, should be seen & signed by the Parents/Guardians personally within 7 days of the meet from the receptionist.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">On the last working day of every month, Parents can approach the Principal and with his/her permission can meet class teacher and the subject teachers between 12:30 to 1:30 P.M.</span></p> <div class="headline-page"><h3 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Parent's Role</span></h3></div> <p style="text-align: justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">For effective education, it is necessary that the school receives full co-operation from the parents in giving to the students: </p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Refinement of habits;<br>Diligence in studies;<br>Integrity of character.<br>Even at home, guidance, encouragement and opportunity should be constantly provided for the overall development of the child. </p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><b>Parents are not allowed to interfere with the school administration in any way. In case of any problem, they can discuss the same with the Principal. They are welcomed to record their suggestions in the Suggestion Register on Parent - Teacher Meet.</b></p> <p style="text-align: justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate in enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that the children prepare their lessons and do their home work. As the medium of instruction in the school is English, students should be helped to follow their work easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular conversation in English at home.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">To improve expression and fluency in English, the school has made it compulsory for students of class III onward to speak only in English at school and even outside, when they are in school uniform.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><b>Parents/Guardians are requested to sign the Principal's/Teacher's remarks in the diary after reading them. The school disclaims all responsibilities if the remarks are not signed.</b></p> <p style="text-align: justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Parents/ Guardians or other persons are not permitted to see the student or teacher during the school hours without prior permission of the Principal. They will not visit their wards or teachers in the class/staff room under any circumstances.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Parents must attend to develop good habits in their wards such as :</p> <ul class="list-style-cus" style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"> <li>Cleaning teeth properly. </li> <li>Cutting and cleaning hair and nails.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Parents/ Visitors are not allowed to enter school premises beyond the inner gate except during the visiting hours or on prior appointment with the Principal.</p> <p style="text-align: justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">In case of any complaint about the school, parents are requested to contact the Principal and not the class teacher. Criticism of the school or teachers in the presence of students should be avoided, as it adversely affects discipline.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">The Principal has the full authority to issue Transfer Certificate to a student who is found violating school rules or even if parents indulged in activities detrimental to the smooth running of the school.</p> <div class="headline-page"><h3><span style="font-weight: bold;">Parent's Co-Operation</span></h3></div> <p style="text-align: justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Acknowledge promptly all school circulars or programs, parent-teacher meets and fines etc., and comply with the instructions contained in these circulars and letters. </p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;">Please avoid asking for leave of absence(for more than three days in a month) for the student except on medical grounds.</p> <p style="text-align:justify; font-size:17px; color: black; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif;"><b>Report immediately to school office about any change in address or telephone number on the prescribed form.</b></p>
